YMR Global handles personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and other applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where it applies. We take appropriate steps to protect information and limit access ONLY to YMR Officials who need it for their work.
Information you share with us
Depending on how you contact us, you may share your name, email address, prayer focus, prayer request, testimony category, testimony, or details needed to help with an event or enquiry. You can choose whether to include your name and email when sending a prayer request. Please share only what is needed, and do not include private information about another person unless you have permission.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to receive and respond to prayer requests and enquiries, review testimony submissions, coordinate YMR activities, and provide support you have requested. We do not use your submissions for any other purpose.
Testimonies and anonymity
Sending a testimony does not automatically make it public. The YMR team reviews submissions before publication. If we publish your testimony, we keep your identity anonymous: we do not publish your name or direct contact details, and we remove details that could reasonably identify you.
You may contact us to ask a question, change your permission, or request that a published testimony be reviewed or removed.
Who may handle your information
Only YMR officials responsible for responding to submissions or managing the relevant activity should access your information. We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information when needed to provide a service you request, meet a legal obligation, or protect someone’s safety.
External links and event forms
Some links on this website take you to separate registration, payment, accommodation, map, or media websites. Those websites are operated separately and have their own privacy information. Please review their notices before submitting information there. Their handling of your information is not controlled by this privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to respond to you, manage the relevant YMR activity, meet legal requirements, or resolve a concern. You can contact us to ask whether information you submitted can be corrected or deleted.
Your choices and privacy rights
